992 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before using the 992 platform. By registering or using any 992 service, you agree to be bound by all the provisions stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 992 platform available on this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all Terms & Conditions stated herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the 992 platform.

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and the 992 platform operator. Continued platform use after changes to the terms means you accept those changes.

The 992 platform is only for individuals aged 18 years and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you have reached the legal age requirement and are legally eligible to use the offered services.

2. Account Creation & Security

To fully use 992’s platform services, you must register an account by providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information may lead to suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.

Each user is allowed only one active account. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of all related accounts and forfeiture of account balances.

You are fully responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 992 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access due to your negligence. If you suspect your account has been compromised, please contact the 992 support team immediately at [email protected].

Use a strong, unique password for your 992 account.
Do not share your login details with anyone.
Log out of your account after using shared devices.
Enable two-factor authentication if available for extra security.

3. User Responsibilities & Usage Rules

As a 992 platform user, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Using the platform for illegal activities, fraud, or actions harmful to other users is strictly forbidden.

Strictly prohibited activities include:

Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without 992’s written permission is prohibited.
Attempting to hack, interfere with, or compromise the security and functionality of the platform.
Abusing promotions or bonuses by registering multiple accounts or using fraudulent methods.
Transferring or selling your account balance to third parties.
Using another person’s account without proper authorization.
Posting or distributing unlawful content, defamatory material, or anything that harms 992’s reputation.

992 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account found violating these rules without prior notice.

4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)

All transactions on the 992 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited are from legitimate sources and belong to you.

Deposits can be made via approved payment methods including FPX (Online Banking), TNG eWallet, and other local digital wallets listed on the platform. Processing times for deposits and withdrawals vary based on the chosen method.

Regarding withdrawals:

First withdrawal requires identity verification to ensure account security.
The bank account or e-wallet name must match the registered 992 account details.
992 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents to verify any transactions deemed suspicious.
Any withdrawal attempts related to fraudulent or abusive activity will be temporarily held during investigation.

992 is not liable for transaction delays caused by technical issues from third-party payment service providers.

5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Limitations of Liability

The 992 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or reliability. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 992 is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from your use or inability to use the platform.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, graphics, and software on the 992 platform are the exclusive property of 992 or their respective licensors. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written permission from 992.

If the 992 platform contains links to third-party websites or services, these are provided for your convenience only. 992 does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party sites. Use them at your own risk.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

992 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any user account for reasons including (but not limited to) fraud, term violations, suspicious activities, or law enforcement requests. Any remaining balance in accounts closed for fraud will be seized and not refunded.

6. Amendments to Terms & Applicable Laws

992 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on this website. The latest revision date will be updated at the top of this page.

You are responsible for reviewing these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the 992 platform after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted under Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved by courts with jurisdiction in Malaysia.

If any provision in these Terms & Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision will be excluded while the rest remain fully effective.
